My Favorite Picture

I absolutely love this picture, from an old National Geographic. The photographer shown is Melissa Farlow http://melissa.olsonfarlow.com/, but the picture was taken by Lori Faith Meritt http://lorifaithmerritt.com/. I like it so much that I used it in a polyvore set, and pasted it on the cover of my Chemistry lab notebook.

Polyvore

I absolutely love Polyvore--I've been on there for about a year now. It lets me be creative by mixing three of my favorite things: photography, art, and fashion. This set was particularly about photography, so I thought that it would be appropriate to post it here. I did not take the photos that appear in this set, but whoever took them did a wonderful job--they're beautiful. Polyvore is a wonderful site filled with thousands of beautiful and intriguing images; it's really a lot of fun and the people there are great!
